Objective Software Services Ltd.
was formed in 1996 as a software consultancy specialising in the
development of embedded systems in C++ using Object Oriented Design
techniques.
During the development of these projects, the data retrieved from the embedded systems required analysis. Java applications were created to examine the data and produce results (through a Swing GUI interface).
After several successful projects, the company identified the market that required the experience combination of JavaTM and embedded systems development - JavaCardTM.
Having produced several JavaCardTM applications for a variety of mobile network operators around the world, including the training of many developers, the company extended it's research and development in the J2METM field.
Once again, the combination of embedded development and JavaTM have proved a good combination due to the limited nature of the most common J2METM clients - mobile phones.
In order to fully realise the capabilities of our J2METM applications, the company has also put significant effort into the development of server-side software using J2EETM (Servlets and JSPs).
